23rd day of fitness

Hello friends,
Its quite longtime to not update the post over blog but going to explore now with 23rd day of fitness as usual to have copper vessel water towards of morning with backing of green tea after having fresh  Aloe Vera juice.
Go for a morning walk of few round of local park as nowadays cold in my city as well as same Pranayam and nail rubbing reflexology going.
Recently, heard somewhere about that drink luke warm water going to helps in controlling weight loss.Afterwards doing some research on google and other resources found that hot water in Japan quite famous and 99.9% taken hot water and tea before or after meal as quite beneficial.
