Thirteenth day of fitness

Hello friends,
As gradually 2nd week going to pass, we reach to thirteenth day of fitness with gradually momentum of being healthy as started out same scenario of copper vessel water intake of 1.5 litres around with green tea intake afterwards and aloe vera juice replaces with amla juice on today make some quick healthy changes with early breakfast as sprouts containing it as compared to other days.
And follows same workout schedule of running of around 1 km in slower manner with Pranayam specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati with 10 minutes each and nail rubbing technique of reflexology for better hair health as tries 3 times with 5 minutes each as morning, afternoon and night before sleeping respectively.

Fifth day of fitness

Hi,
Fifth day of fitness started with not much surprises as simply woke up in the morning and look at my skin, its seems to be more glowing, softer like baby and toned as per my notice within past few days as great feeling for me, I want to thank god and universe for such beautiful change in my body. Even, Feeling like cells into my body going rejuvenates every second or minutes.
Now starts with day summary
I had started morning by applying feeling of gratitude as read in books The Secret & The Magic of Rhonda Byrne long back. I recommend all of you to go thorough these quality books. So, Morning starts with thanking everything like thanks for floor when put feet on it, thanks for roof, thanks for water, thanks for my glowing skin, thanks for my hair, thanks for beautiful atmosphere in the morning and singing birds, thanks for woke me up early and I believe its give abundance when start following it.
My morning starting with copper water & Aloe vera juice as first intake afterwards getting fresh go for green tea without adding honey or lemon today. Weather is quite cold today so go for slow but short running in the morning about 500 meters as feeling somewhat warmer and do some back to back simple exercise for next 10 minutes like sit ups, push ups, chin up, squats, jumps for 1-2 minutes each on randomly basis until feeling sweat from inside, then do some relaxing exercise to be normal and do pranayam as my regular habit for 15 minutes followed by nail rubbing of 2 sets with 4 minutes each with some gap. Afterwards taken sprouts in breakfast with milk as well as some of green leafy vegetable, curd, chapati, salads in lunch and apple in second half with mild dinner with full of cucumber salads at last a glass of milk as food ingredient as feeling refreshing throughout the day.

Fourth day towards Greekgod

Hello everyone,
I want to share some experience of regular regime today after 4 days of regular intake Green tea and Copper vessel water as far as you guys know taste of Green tea is not so sweet but really worth for taking its intake plus Copper water in morning really worthwhile. I thought to take copper water for drinking throughout the day just check how its gradually going on near future. Mine main focus towards our health to stay fit and make you aware of its benefits as for me its like everything. I feel health is much more than your wealth as nothing required if you stay fit every bit of things comes towards you itself. For example, if you feels happy and smile on your face may other also feels happy at first impression as same way for aggression, motivation or positive energy generates more.
Most of people thought health insurance make you safe and spend to purchase as its good thing must have an insurance but if you are staying healthy and spend on your healthy eating habits, then itself insured your health.

Anyways, Its quite long discussion and may leads to boring but just share some of experience of past days and feelings. Now start Fourth day towards Greekgod schedule:

As far as new thing is concerned woke up early in the morning with copper water of around 2 liters after fresh take usual intake of Green tea with added honey and lemon into it. Now, Go for morning a walk around 1 kilometer and take refreshing aloe vera juice with some holy basil (Tulsi leaves). Some pranayam of Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati of 6 minutes each with nail rubbing of same duration. About diet is concerned, its goes with same way as not much changes as evening, In dinner basically salad intake afterwards a glass of milk as last food.

Third day to fitness journey

Hello friends,
You know everyday I am trying something different & exciting from previous day schedule as create more interest towards staying fit.
Third day to fitness journey is started with same refreshing started with copper water & Green tea with some lemon and honey as well some extra added to be more effective in nature. Now afterwards fresh aloe vera juice of more than 2 tablespoon and do some chin ups and pull ups  exercises for 5 minutes as followed some mild yoga asanas and pranayama as well same amount of timing but increases time for nail rubbing from 5 minutes to 6 minutes make hair grows faster and share some fruitful results with you guys.

57 days to go for challenge as stay tuned.

First day Focus to stay Fit and Weight loss to look like Greek god

Hello Friends,

First of all, Sorry to say that late update of becoming Greed god. Here, I am sharing this to not only myself become healthy but everyone on this planet stay healthy.
As most of us thought to become fit and healthy go to gym as do some exercises & workouts. but I had started casually with simple health tips.
So Let start the first day of fitness regime:-
Morning started with copper vessel stored water into an empty stomach because helps to balance all three doshas (Kapha, Vata and Pitta) Ayurveda as well as good for weight loss & hairs. After fresh, then go for a morning walk of around 500 meters as well as do some yoga asanas and Pranayama for 15 minutes, taken a cup of green tea as everyone knows good to control free radicals in body as well as lighter breakfast contains some fruits like Apple. In afternoon, taken porridge in lunch as very delicious and healthy with some curd & salads.
In evening, Go for a walk as well and taken my usual dinner with Milk at last before. I had done my routine work side by side apart from this schedule but I can't express how much happy and full of energy feeling throughout the day.
