17th day of fitness

Hello friends,
My 17th day of fitness started with not much changes as same schedule of Copper vessel water continues with Green tea as some amount of aloe vera juice and Amla juice mix together with 2 spoon each as blend mix of two.

Thirteenth day of fitness

Hello friends,
As gradually 2nd week going to pass, we reach to thirteenth day of fitness with gradually momentum of being healthy as started out same scenario of copper vessel water intake of 1.5 litres around with green tea intake afterwards and aloe vera juice replaces with amla juice on today make some quick healthy changes with early breakfast as sprouts containing it as compared to other days.
And follows same workout schedule of running of around 1 km in slower manner with Pranayam specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati with 10 minutes each and nail rubbing technique of reflexology for better hair health as tries 3 times with 5 minutes each as morning, afternoon and night before sleeping respectively.

Tenth of greekgod

You guys don't know feelings of thankful, thanks or gratitude may change to such extent as you never believe. Whenever you will say thanks to some things or thank you to someone, its always gives positive vibes and you will receive same in back as per law of attraction & The Magic Book by Rhonda bryne will try out magic words (thanks or thank you) to to use any situation will see the difference and make your life more better as well as productive.

So, our Tenth of greekgod started with exciting stuff of gratitude for completing 10 healthy days and successful to much extent be healthy as making list of feeling gratitude atleast ten things or more as follows:
  • Thanks for copper vessel that making me more healthier every day with each sip of water that cleansing each colons of body as lots of other benefits.
  • Thanks for woke up into this beautiful morning.
  • Thanks to beautiful park and greenery to make atmosphere of running in morning more pleasant everyday.
  • Thanks for fresh air into morning as more oxygenated blood  into my body.
  • Thanks for my beautiful, glossy, healthy, shiny, thicker hairs that getting better day by day.
  • Thank you universe for making me more fitter and reducing my weight day by day as turning out to 65kgs on sixty day.
  • Thanks for Green tea, Aloe Vera juice & Amla juice as actually do miraculous results.
  • Thanks for healthy food to eat as giving lots of energy to me throughout the day.
  • Thanks to my mentor for teaching me easy exercise and pranayam to making me fittest ever.
  • Thanks to my bed & pillows for giving me such a sound sleep every night & always woke me up on time.
  • Thanks for my glowing, toned, beautiful & baby like skin.
  • Thanks for beautiful eyes getting more brown and each day to see this world.
  • Thanks for brush to clean my teeth and getting healthier while doing it.
  • Thanks for having enough money to live a healthy life and completing all my needs.

And this gratitude list is endless from morning to evening lots things to feeling thankful for every seconds of life.
Its not like any scripted stuff myself doing but actually feels gratitude inside of my heart from all of above things & these can do miracle to not only me but anybody life, if they really feels.

Nineth day of fitness

Hello,
Nineth day of fitness started with same Copper vessel water, aloe vera juice and amla juice but trying to make some experiment towards nail rubbing as trying to do into double sets of 5 minutes each of morning and evening before going to sleep. Let going towards the schedule started with mild yoga exercises like Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) in 12 poses with 5 times as give some gap to do warm up before go for running of around 500 meters.
In meanwhile, do some sit-ups, chin ups, dips exercises within 5 minutes after completing running then do usual pranayam of 15 minutes and afterwards 5 minutes of nail rubbing reflexology to reverse baldness and grow hairs on scalp. Then, do breakfast and usual routine throughout the day with not much changes in schedule as well as before going to sleep in night do 5 minutes of nail rubbing also as best to grow hairs on scalp gives very good sound sleep as per information or knowledge that human body in repair mode for tissues and stem cells from 11 PM to 2 AM as giving rest and feeling sleepy as take rest important during that time otherwise, its really needed that's why you may notice those woke up lately in night are generally facing health issues that's why common rhyme is used early to bed, early to rise. So, keep following such easy but important health tips.

eighth day of fitness

Now entering into second week of healthy streak as eigth day of fitness journey started with some sort of healthy stuff as skipping Green tea from morning schedule first time with an healthy replacement of Gooseberry(Amla or amalki) juice as bitter in taste but contains quite essential mineral, vitamins, amino acids and good antioxidant like Green tea as better known for controlling free radicals from body by its antioxidant property as well as amla juice good for hair growth, natural color of hairs, stronger hair roots and control hair fall. You can also say that Amla is like super food for hair which is really needed for my hairs apart from nail rubbing reflexology process.

As far other stuff of morning like Copper vessel water and aloe vera juice are still unchanged due to huge health benefits and afterwards go for running into nearby park of around 500 meters with some quick exercises and warm up for 5-6 minutes approx. Then, myself follows pranayam and yoga specially Anulom-vilom for huge oxygen into body and kapalbhati as good for weight reduction as 10 minutes each with nail rubbing for 5 minutes to get healthy hairs apart from this trying to do some 4-5 crunches to get flat waist and go for sprouts in breakfast as well as mostly salads and liquid diet in afternoon and evening as well. Last intake as cow milk as best nutrition before sleep with nice in taste as making healthy everyday.

seventh day towards Greekgod

Hello,
I am more than happy to completed healthy week with surprising new changes into day to day life and make me feels more younger, healthier as well as surprise in weight reduction too. Anyways, something special surprise for today on seventh day towards Greekgod is started with same schedule of copper vessel water in my hand and afterwards few sips of green tea as well as Aloe Vera juice. Today, myself trying to focus walk mostly thoroghout the day skipping vehicles, lift, escalators most of time and its goes like this way as apart of exercises, yoga and pranayam with nail rubbing, which is become part of daily habit now as trying out walking is best resultant.
I am here not talk about morning walk of few meters or kilometers to just as exercise but myself added it into daily schedule and you never believe today only walk more than 4-5 kilometers in a single day, may be sounds crazy but it happened. I had never believed by itself that walking from one metro station to another as generally contains distance around 1.5 to 2 kilometers for catching public transport as well as got some benefits like sounds sleep and hunger towards healthy food.
As far as, food intake is concerned  as some extra butter to giving treat to ourself for completing a successful healthy week.

Sixth day of Greek god health

Hello friends,
I am really excited to share that within 24 hours of time a healthy week good to completes and thorough out week myself feeling really energetic, rejuvenates, happy and deliver more effective result in my daily work routine with full of gratitude towards every single thing happening to my life make me healthy either that may be food, exercises, walk or woke up early in the morning. You know everyday my mind is curious to know that what's different stuff going to do make me more healthier.
As far as new is concerned today, I had not made very much experiment just go for healthy food as everybody knows to healthy body must intake healthier food. I had mainly focus on few health food tips as follows:

  • Less salt intake in food as salt is major ingredients for various diseases and weight gain
  • More liquid diet as its easy to digest by digestive system
  • Mostly intake of green leafy vegetable and salads
  • A glass of cow's milk for nutrition as Super food contains Vitamins, Proteins, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium and carbohydrate as full of energy.



  • Less oily but a spoon of cow butter on daily basis


My Sixth day of Greek god health morning starts with usual routine of Copper vessel water, Aloe Vera juice & Green tea intake as not much change daily exercise regime with pranayam for same timing as starts with running as well as mild exercises in morning. After all of these followed same nail rubbing process to remove male pattern baldness and grow hairs on scalp more faster growth rate. Nail rubbing is not only good for hairs but it will also give more relax to my mind and feeling like sleepy sometime during Nail rub as best reflexology process. I will going to some of interesting result with you guys too.

Fifth day of fitness

Hi,
Fifth day of fitness started with not much surprises as simply woke up in the morning and look at my skin, its seems to be more glowing, softer like baby and toned as per my notice within past few days as great feeling for me, I want to thank god and universe for such beautiful change in my body. Even, Feeling like cells into my body going rejuvenates every second or minutes.
Now starts with day summary
I had started morning by applying feeling of gratitude as read in books The Secret & The Magic of Rhonda Byrne long back. I recommend all of you to go thorough these quality books. So, Morning starts with thanking everything like thanks for floor when put feet on it, thanks for roof, thanks for water, thanks for my glowing skin, thanks for my hair, thanks for beautiful atmosphere in the morning and singing birds, thanks for woke me up early and I believe its give abundance when start following it.
My morning starting with copper water & Aloe vera juice as first intake afterwards getting fresh go for green tea without adding honey or lemon today. Weather is quite cold today so go for slow but short running in the morning about 500 meters as feeling somewhat warmer and do some back to back simple exercise for next 10 minutes like sit ups, push ups, chin up, squats, jumps for 1-2 minutes each on randomly basis until feeling sweat from inside, then do some relaxing exercise to be normal and do pranayam as my regular habit for 15 minutes followed by nail rubbing of 2 sets with 4 minutes each with some gap. Afterwards taken sprouts in breakfast with milk as well as some of green leafy vegetable, curd, chapati, salads in lunch and apple in second half with mild dinner with full of cucumber salads at last a glass of milk as food ingredient as feeling refreshing throughout the day.

Fourth day towards Greekgod

Hello everyone,
I want to share some experience of regular regime today after 4 days of regular intake Green tea and Copper vessel water as far as you guys know taste of Green tea is not so sweet but really worth for taking its intake plus Copper water in morning really worthwhile. I thought to take copper water for drinking throughout the day just check how its gradually going on near future. Mine main focus towards our health to stay fit and make you aware of its benefits as for me its like everything. I feel health is much more than your wealth as nothing required if you stay fit every bit of things comes towards you itself. For example, if you feels happy and smile on your face may other also feels happy at first impression as same way for aggression, motivation or positive energy generates more.
Most of people thought health insurance make you safe and spend to purchase as its good thing must have an insurance but if you are staying healthy and spend on your healthy eating habits, then itself insured your health.

Anyways, Its quite long discussion and may leads to boring but just share some of experience of past days and feelings. Now start Fourth day towards Greekgod schedule:

As far as new thing is concerned woke up early in the morning with copper water of around 2 liters after fresh take usual intake of Green tea with added honey and lemon into it. Now, Go for morning a walk around 1 kilometer and take refreshing aloe vera juice with some holy basil (Tulsi leaves). Some pranayam of Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati of 6 minutes each with nail rubbing of same duration. About diet is concerned, its goes with same way as not much changes as evening, In dinner basically salad intake afterwards a glass of milk as last food.

Third day to fitness journey

Hello friends,
You know everyday I am trying something different & exciting from previous day schedule as create more interest towards staying fit.
Third day to fitness journey is started with same refreshing started with copper water & Green tea with some lemon and honey as well some extra added to be more effective in nature. Now afterwards fresh aloe vera juice of more than 2 tablespoon and do some chin ups and pull ups  exercises for 5 minutes as followed some mild yoga asanas and pranayama as well same amount of timing but increases time for nail rubbing from 5 minutes to 6 minutes make hair grows faster and share some fruitful results with you guys.

57 days to go for challenge as stay tuned.

Second Day to Become Greekgod

Hello friends,
Second day to Become Greekgod started with same regime of copper vessel water and a cup of Green tea and afterwards Aloevera juice 2 spoon of fresh pulp from the plants as really delicious in taste and increases time of  Pranayama and yoga asanas to 20 minutes as 5 minutes of Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom pranayama, yoga asanas each as well as rubbing finger nails for 5 minutes as good for healthy hair follicles as stimulates blood flow towards head. My diet plan almost same with not much aggressive changes with little bit as required.

Now 58 day to go so stay tuned.

First day Focus to stay Fit and Weight loss to look like Greek god

Hello Friends,

First of all, Sorry to say that late update of becoming Greed god. Here, I am sharing this to not only myself become healthy but everyone on this planet stay healthy.
As most of us thought to become fit and healthy go to gym as do some exercises & workouts. but I had started casually with simple health tips.
So Let start the first day of fitness regime:-
Morning started with copper vessel stored water into an empty stomach because helps to balance all three doshas (Kapha, Vata and Pitta) Ayurveda as well as good for weight loss & hairs. After fresh, then go for a morning walk of around 500 meters as well as do some yoga asanas and Pranayama for 15 minutes, taken a cup of green tea as everyone knows good to control free radicals in body as well as lighter breakfast contains some fruits like Apple. In afternoon, taken porridge in lunch as very delicious and healthy with some curd & salads.
In evening, Go for a walk as well and taken my usual dinner with Milk at last before. I had done my routine work side by side apart from this schedule but I can't express how much happy and full of energy feeling throughout the day.
